Disclaimer: If a movie does not appear below in the list of the 119 that I reviewed in 2007, that means I didn't see it. Accordingly, some other flicks this year may have been good enough to make my top 10 list if I had seen them. But hey, I can't spend all of my time in theaters.
For example, bubbling right under my top 10 were "3:10 to Yuma," "There Will Be Blood" and "Waitress" -- three movies with absolutely nothing in common except their wonderfulness.
Also, the movies in the list below aren't strictly arranged by the grades I gave them when I wrote their individual reviews. Oops.

Two documentaries made the list this year, which is a first. And trust me, you don't have to be a country music fan (I'm not) to enjoy the Dixie Chicks movie, or a Neil Young fan (although I am) to like "Heart of Gold."

(Disclaimer: If a movie does not appear in my complete list of 2004 reviews, that means I didn't see it. Accordingly, although flicks such as "Maria Full of Grace," "Million Dollar Baby" and "The Machinist" may have been good enough to make the cut if I had seen them...I didn't. Sorry, but I have to spend a certain number of hours every day staring blankly into space, fighting crime and travelling the astral plane.)
